New Life Together Mission

Our mission is to fight hunger by providing accessible, dignified food assistance through a drive-through pantry model that removes barriers and ensures individuals and families in our community have reliable access to nutritious food.

Pastor James M. Hutchins is the founder and Senior Pastor of New Life Community Church in Frisco, Texas. A U.S. Navy veteran with more than four decades of leadership experience, he established the church in 2007 with a vision to help people grow through God’s Word and to serve the community with compassion. Pastor Hutchins holds degrees in business and theological studies and previously held leadership roles in both the military and corporate sectors. He serves alongside his wife, First Lady Tina Hutchins, as they lead a ministry dedicated to prayer, love, and pouring hope into the community.

The Lord gave him the vision to open a food pantry, and the groundwork was completed in late 2025. The building was dedicated on March 8, 2026.

Pastor Hutchins statement:

Our food pantry exists to meet the needs of individuals and families facing food insecurity, financial hardship, or unexpected crises such as job loss, illness, or rising expenses. We believe that whenever we have the ability to help, we have the responsibility to do so—not only as an organization, but as a community.

This mission is deeply personal. Having experienced seasons of hardship growing up, when resources were limited and support was scarce, we understand firsthand how critical help can be. Today, we are grateful for the opportunity to give back—to stand in that gap for others and extend the same care and support we once needed.
