To help us serve you faster and better, please complete the Household Application for USDA Foods . Pre-registration helps speed up check-in, reduce wait times, improve traffic flow, and allows us to prepare food packages for each household better.

We only requires basic household information. If you qualify under one of the assistance categories in Section 2 you are eligibility for food assistance. If they do not qualify under Section 2, you may qualify with Income Eligibility or Household Crisis Eligibility in Section 3. No pay stubs are required.

Pre-registration allows our clients to check in quickly when they arrive. Their information is already in the system, so they can move through the line faster without filling out forms in the car.
