By booking an appointment you consent to New Life Together collecting and storing the personal information you provide (for example: name, email address, phone number).

We use your information to:

Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments;

Send automated reminders and appointment‑related communications; and

Maintain internal records to improve services.

Storage, retention, and processors:

Your data is stored securely in our Microsoft 365 environment.

We retain booking and contact data for 3 years from your last appointment unless you request earlier deletion.

Microsoft (and any other service providers) act as data processors; they are contractually required to protect your data.

Security and sharing:

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (for example: access controls and encryption where supported) to protect your information.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with third parties only when required by law or to provide services you request (e.g., payment processors, legal requests).
